Pays D'Auge


I highly recommend "La Route Du Cidre." Most of the loop looks like the pictures below. Small villages, apple orchards and the world's best cider and calvados.
 
The boss of cider and calvados. I showed up alone on a Sunday morning and spent an hour touring his fields, the production process (I can't explain why I don't have a picture of the apple crusher) and the storage and fermentation rooms.
